David Banker has over 37 years experience in finance which includes commerical banking international banking, investment banking, and corporate leasing. For the last 12 years he has worked independently as a financial consultant. Prior to that he spent 15 years with The Winters National Bank and Trust Co. in Dayton and 10 years with three other smaller banks in the greater Cincinnati / Dayton, OH regions.

In addition to his extensive resume in the banking and finance industries, Mr. Banker has served as President and Chief Operating Officer for AAC, Fusion Arts, and Markey’s Audio Visual (These are companies engaged in High Tech and Audio Visual commercial business-to-business solutions.)

Mr. Banker has provided finance solutions for all the major industry sectors. His experience in working with customers to structure transactions is varied. He has arranged transactions for capital restructuring, growth capital and general credit facilities and financed everything from aircraft, manufacturing equipment, material handling equipment to construction equipment.

Mr. Banker is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds fan. He enjoys skiing and golf. He has his Private Pilot’s License. He serves on the alumni board for Sigma Chi Fraternity in Dayton.
